Working Together

We partner with churches to reach children in the community with the Gospel. There are so many unreached children even in West Texas. To reach these children we must go outside the walls of the church building.

Pierce Meadows was raised in Lubbock. He came to know Christ as His Lord and Savior when he was in elementary school. He then discovered the Lord’s call to ministry while he was at Texas Tech University. The people here discipled him and now he has the privilege to do the same for the next generation. Pierce has been the local director of Child Evangelism since 2020. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Carol Farris is a retired teacher and has been married to Mike for…a long time! She is a mother of three and a proud grandmother of three boys. She has been involved with CEF and Good News Clubs since 2000. She loves being able to teach both children and adults!

Jami Davis

Office Manager of the South Plains Chapter of Child Evangelism Fellowship West Texas

Jami Davis was raised in a small town outside of Lubbock. She was saved and baptized when she was 9 years old. Jami is a mother to three children and has spent most of that time as a stay-at-home mom. She found out about CEF through a friend at church and was led to the position of Office Manager. She says, “It is such a blessing to work with CEF and to see so many children led to Christ!”
