About Us
CEF's outreach to children in the Red River area began in the 1950s and 60s when Mrs. June Moller had a burden to reach children in the Wichita Falls area with the Gospel. She and her husband, Herb, opened their home to CEF teacher trainers from Kansas who would come and equip others to teach Good News Clubs and backyard Bible clubs in the summer. It wasn't until the fall of 2005 when a group of people organized to start a Child Evangelism Fellowship chapter. The Red River Chapter was chartered
in May 2006.
Our chapter is committed to taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to boys and girls throughout the 11 counties in our area. Through the years, thousands of children have been reached through our after-school Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, and Christmas Party Clubs.
We work with local churches to reach the children and look forward to developing partnerships with churches all over the Red River area.
It is a blessing to seeing the body of Christ in action, teaching the children from God's Word and leading them to the Savior!

Child Evangelism Fellowship is a
Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.
Our Mission
To enlist, equip and encourage a team of qualified leaders who will effectively fulfill the purpose of Child Evangelism Fellowship, expanding the work throughout West Texas.

Jennifer Dunn
I was born and raised in the Wichita Falls area and have lived here my entire life. I have been married to my husband, Roscoe, since July 1997. He is truly my closest friend in this crazy world and my partner in all that life has to offer.
We have three children- a son, Noah, and a daughter, Rachel. Our oldest son, Samuel, celebrated his “Heaven Day” in December 2005. I have been blessed to see all three of my children come to the Lord in faith and accept the gift of His salvation.
I have served in Children’s ministry in various capacities for many years. I love seeing children discover the truth of Jesus and His love for all people. I am thrilled to work with Child Evangelism Fellowship.

I was born and raised in Southern Colorado. Moved to the Dallas area in 1977. In August of every year I wonder why?? :)
I have a brother and sister-in-law in Garland. Their two daughters are grown and have families of their own.
I have a daughter and the best son in law anyone could ask for. They both went to school at MSU and have stayed in Wichita Falls.
I lived and worked in the Dallas/Richardson area and attended Woodcreek Church in Richardson, volunteering in the children's area and greeting guests on Sunday mornings.
In 2022 I moved to Wichita Falls to be closer to my daughter, her husband and my grandkitties. I attend Grace Church. I'm looking for ways to serve there. I'm active in BSF and am a group leader. I love the slower pace of Wichita Falls. I'm excited to work with CEF and know this is where the Lord wants me.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
